Louisville Code Enforcement and Mediation, LLC (LCEM, LLC) was founded in December 2016 and established as a Kentucky Limited Liability Company in June 2017. Our work is rooted in setting and supporting reasonable property standards, promoting community preservation, and providing education that helps residents and local leaders maintain clean, safe, and well‑kept neighborhoods.

Our approach to code enforcement is grounded in clarity, fairness, and respect. We focus not only on identifying concerns, but on offering guidance and practical solutions that strengthen the places where people live, work, and gather.
